Membership

Conservators, restorers or others working on the protection of natural features and cultural heritage may become regular members of the SKD. The status of honorary member may be conferred on a person who has been responsible for exceptional achievements in development of the profession, the protection of natural features and cultural heritage, or for work within the SKD. Supporting members may be individuals or companies that support the activities and aims of the SKD, either as non-professionals or as those with commercial or related professional interests, and who therefore wish to take part in the work of the SKD.

The SKD has 150 members.

Enrolment in the SKD is by application form and payment of a membership fee, which in 2009 is EUR 20.
