Archeological field examinations

After receiving the cultural heritage specifications for work on archaeological heritage, preliminary archaeological research must be done prior to acquisition of a cultural heritage agreement for a construction permit. We can provide you with an offer for the execution of preliminary archaeological research.
For actual research work in the field, a cultural heritage agreement for research and removal must be obtained (Article 31 of the Cultural Heritage Protection Act); this agreement is issued by the Minister of Culture. In order to the obtain this agreement, an application must be sent to the Ministry of Culture; the application must contain a copy of the offer, a copy of confirmation of the offer (copy of contract or order form), the agreement of the owner of the land on which work on immovable property is to be carried out, and a list of the names of the team that will be carrying out the research. If you confirm and approve our offer to carry out research, you can also authorise us to conduct procedures to acquire a cultural heritage agreement for research at the Ministry of Culture.
